Rafael Larin is Owner & Principal of Emissary Communications, a tech PR and marketing consultancy that has helped dozens of startups with comprehensive communications strategies and implementation. Larin has also managed PR programs for various large enterprise and consumer tech companies too. Prior to founding Emissary Communications, he worked at various top public relations firms: Capital Relations, Ketchum and MS&L. He also served in the US Air Force and California Air National Guard.
